Co-founder and CEO
Guillaume Hervé
Guillaume is a serial corporate entrepreneur who brings 25 years of leadership experience from technology-driven industries, including aerospace, healthcare, defense and modeling and simulation. He was President and CEO of Presagis, Founder and CEO of CAE Healthcare, held various senior leadership roles at CAE Inc., is a highly sought-after consultant in strategic planning and innovation, and successfully published Winning at Intrapreneurship. Guillaume has also been very active mentoring founders of technology start-ups at FounderFuel, Techstars, Concordia District 3, and CTS Health and is Chairman of the Board of CTS Health and CMLabs.

Patrick St-Amant
Patrick is a mathematician and inventor who intensely worked on the foundation of mathematics and computing. He invented the Zetane technology and built the first MVP. Before Zetane, he was a passionate mathematics professor that supervised over 100 student projects which each led to novel mathematical discoveries. He did PhD studies in mathematics (category theory) at the University of Ottawa (2007). He was invited to the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton (2006 & 2007) where he presented his work on a new universal mathematical language. He has a M.Sc. degree in computer science and mathematics (UQAM) and holds the patent “Scalable Transform Processing Unit for Heterogeneous Data”.

Jonathan Magoon
Jon is a technology and product leader in startups with over 10 years of experience. He is a graduate of TechStars Boulder, one of the top startup accelerator programs in the US. As the lead engineer at MeetMindful, a dating app, he led the design, development, and scaling of the full application stack from hundreds of users to hundreds of thousands. Previously, as a System Architect at Lewan Technology, an IT consulting company, he led distributed system design and scaling for internal and client applications. He holds a BA in Philosophy from Tulane University.
